Virtual Summit

The Gun Violence Prevention Forum 2020 will be hosted as a virtual summit, taking place on December 10, 2020, from 11:00am – 2:00pm ET.

Our audience of leaders from Clinical & Administrative Healthcare, Research & Academia, Public Policy & Government Affairs, Corporate & the Private Sector, Community & Advocacy Groups, and Prominent Members of the GVP Community will convene for a half-day digital event, with a mix of main stage content, interactive discussions, and networking.

The inaugural Gun Violence Prevention Forum led to the creation of the Center for Gun Violence Prevention—an initiative that calls for the critical need to implement evidence-based firearm injury and mortality prevention strategies in health care, especially within at-risk communities.
